Database in progress

As foundation models become more ubiquitous in the biosciences, we’re compiling a database for the ecosystem. We’re enthused about the prospect of foundation models becoming a substrate for every day science and hope this list is a starting point for anyone working in the field. We’ll be adding and posting about new additions regularly. Currently our list encompasses 45+ foundation models for biological data and use-cases.

Compound is a research-centric, thesis-driven investment firm that invests across both AI/ML as well as Bio/Healthcare (among other areas). We use our knowledge between Tech x Bio to further invest in stellar startups, the community, and in projects like this. We hope this is helpful for researchers and operators to understand model landscapes better.
