Something I keep coming back to, from the founder and platform side. Trustworthy, translatable biological ground truth is scarce precisely because it's hard to generate and hasn't leaked. The moment it trains someone else's model, you've made a non-rival copy that improves a competitor's product and can't be unsold. So the part that sucks is that the companies best positioned to sell are often the ones who are cannibalising the exact scarcity that was their moat. The Siren isn't just off-path. For the strongest platforms, it's the thing that quietly commoditises them.
